Shipping policy
When will the item shipped out?
Once orders have been placed, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Last shipping would be done on Friday (Local Time, GMT +8). Note that no shipping will be done on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
LOCAL ORDERS (Singapore) - Free shipping, no minimums
- For local orders (SINGAPORE ONLY), we will cover your shipping fee. Order will arrive at your desired address within 3-5 business days from the day you order.
- Doorstep sign off delivery using local reputable courier companies, which will take 2-3 business days, with tracking number. If no one is at the address, buyer’s responsibility to follow up on the shipment with courier company.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We offer worldwide free shipping over SGD 150.
- Value lower than SGD 150 will have a shipping charge at SGD 30.
You will need to provide a valid street address with postal code, phone number and email address. (P/S: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.)
We guarantee that all shipments are packed properly before sending out for shipping. Therefore, Love Jadeite will not be liable for any loss of shipment or damage of item during shipping. However, we do our best to assist in the follow up of shipment should such situation occur.
